How to Request an Exchange

2. Let us know which item you'd like to exchange and why
3. If approved, return the original item to us
4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll ship the replacement

Important Notes

• You can only exchange for the same item (e.g., different shade or size — not a completely different product)
• The exchange item must be in stock
• If there's a price difference, you'll be notified before the exchange is processed
• All exchange conditions follow our standard return policy

If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a full refund instead.
