3. For Accra customers, we may arrange a pickup at your convenience
4. For customers outside Accra, we'll provide bus service drop-off instructions

Packaging Your Return

• Use the original packaging if possible
• Include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase
• Seal the package securely
• Write your order number on the outside of the package

Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to a defect or our error. For other approved returns, the customer covers shipping.
